Number: MER0004147 We offer you the opportunity to get to know the technical compliance area of the research and development of Mercedes-Benz Cars. Especially in today's challenges in the automotive industry, it is important to take a targeted and integrated approach. In addition to software analyses in the fields of powertrain and autonomous driving, our team also manages suppliers and internal stakeholders in compliance-compliant software development. We also develop innovative, digital solutions such as Power BI Dashboards or Power Apps, for which we work with different experts. Another focus in our team is the RD Ideas Management, where we take care of the review and implementation of improvement proposals from the development area. With us you have the opportunity to do a student work with very diverse and varied tasks. In addition to technical topics in the context of Compliance & Data Analytics, you will also actively support us in project and process management of cross-functional topics for ideas management. We are an interdisciplinary team that can offer you a variety of learning and networking opportunities through the different, partially cross-sectoral projects. Your tasks in detail: Support in implementing improvements and further developments of our existing tools and dashboards

Own-sponsored acquisition of smaller (partial) projects in the area of Data Analytics (use of AI)

Preparation, organisation and preparation of committee meetings (ideal management)

Active cooperation in project management and coordination of cross-departmental projects

The activity can begin from May/June 2026

Engineering and/or Business Studies (prior to Data Science or Project Management)

Project/process management knowledge

Knowledge in Data Analytics & AI

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office, experiences with Power BI or Power Apps desirable
