Your duties

• Implementation of our in-house and housing projects on the basis of systematic and standardized processes taking into account technical and economic aspects
• professional leadership of employees at the respective location
• Building a long-term successful territorial structure
• Control and monitoring of the construction site and clearance of accounts
• They form the interface to internal specialist departments at the headquarters, are regional representatives and act as entrepreneurs in the company

Your profile

• Graduate of the Department of Civil Engineering, Architecture or Comparative Qualification
• Multiannual professional experience required in construction management
• You like to perform and motivate others to top performance
• Enforcement strength and sound knowledge in the field of turnkey construction and standard DIN standards
• High technical knowledge and applied project management competence
