Research and development (RD) at Mercedes-Benz is responsible for researching new technologies, developing innovative vehicle concepts and continuously improving existing systems. The Center Drive Systems e-Drive & Software focuses on the development and integration of electrical drives and associated software solutions. Our e-Drive Testing department plays a central role in the development of the coming generations of electric vehicles. In the Test Management and Control team, we ensure a continuous functional test planning for the e-Drive overall system. Suitable bodies enable operational system provision and transparent test implementation. We work closely with the e-Drive project management and various departments to ensure that our electric drives meet the highest standards and drive the mobility of the future. We offer you an insight into the development and testing of innovative technologies in a dynamic working environment. They have the opportunity to introduce and implement their own ideas and develop professionally and personally. These challenges include: Forming an interface between the e-Drive project management and the departments Coordination of development topics between different e-Drive structures Board management and coordination of meetings and workshops Support in the analysis of project maturity and the creation of status reports Cooperation with various internal partners

Studies in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering or a comparable degree course Basic knowledge of electromobility and electric drive systems Analytical thinking and a structured working method Teamability and Communication Strength Secure knowledge of German in word and writing Commitment and reliability First practical experiences in project management and testing are advantageous Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
