Your daily bread:

• Leadership with Vision: You guide and motivate our team in cleaning, promote cooperation and ensure a positive operating climate.
• Responsibility: Management with planning, control, monitoring and optimization of all processes for strategic and operational achievement in the department
• Hygiene rules: You apply the correct cleaning agents in compliance with the special hygiene measures of a baker
• Documentation: You take the documentation of cleaning according to our quality management system

Your ingredients:

• Cleaning talent: You have a completed training as an industrial or building cleaner (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Leadership experience: You have (first) leadership skills, are motivating and actively promote the team spirit and have joy in dealing with people.
• Reliability Team spirit: You are reliable, punctual and like to support your team in the individual areas of cleaning
• Hygiene Conscious: You have a pronounced hygiene awareness and work carefully and thoroughly
• Language skills: You ideally have good German basic knowledge
