In Business Planning & Development (BP&D), you are directly at the heart of sales, driving strategic topics together with our team and developing innovative solutions to ensure the growth and efficiency of the entire organization. What awaits you: You get insight into all facets of Business Planning & Development and are an active part of our team. You work on growth strategies, accompany sales and pipeline development and support international business initiatives. Together with experienced colleagues, you develop business efficiency measures, participate in automation projects and help integrate new processes and systems. You are involved in the design and implementation of strategic projects - from the first idea to the final implementation. You create and analyze reports, support the digitization and automation of analyses and develop data-based action recommendations. You get to know all sales-relevant interfaces and work closely with adjacent areas such as marketing, finance, inside sales, sustainability and IoT. You support communication, reviews and meetings and support the planning and implementation of events and trainings. You are part of a dedicated team that encourages new ideas, masters challenges together and lives cohesion (#OneTeam - Together We Grow!).

What distinguishes you: You are immaculate in an economic or technical course of study and are burning for topics related to sales, strategy and digitalization.
