You will be there from the start when building the “Bank in the Bank” our in-app broker. As a (Senior) Business Development Manager, you develop the business model of our in-app broker, answer the business case and establish partnerships with fund companies as well as IT and data providers. With your work, you set the basis for our customers to act in future ETFs, stocks and more in the C24 Bank App and to benefit from new market developments such as the retirement deposit.

You are co-responsible for the development of the In-App Broker business model (e.g. depot types, asset universe, subscription/price models) and responsible for the business case You translate legal and regulatory requirements into concrete implementation requirements and actively support the product management team in compliance with its products You always stay up to date and look out for new trends and opportunities for the in-app broker You can connect to potential business partners such as fund companies or IT/data providers, create opportunities of partnership and participate in contract negotiations You are responsible for partner onboarding and managing existing partnerships You guide junior staff as well as interns and working students professionally and support their further development

You have a successfully completed study of a top university in Germany or abroad You have at least. 2 years of experience in a digital company (ideally in Fintech Space), the Corporates & Markets area of a bank, a fund company or top strategy consulting, ideally in a comparable role You have first experience in dealing with external partners, e.g. in the role of service provider control You have a strong interest in digital products and a great enthusiasm for neobanks/brokers and capital markets You communicate safely, convincingly and responsively You think analytical, work structured and draw your attention through a high self-initiative and customer orientation
