Your duties include the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in the fields of goods receipt and warehouses, including personnel development, employee discussions, performance assessments and target agreements. In addition, ensure an efficient, secure and economical flow of material and responsible for the supply of production, shipping, factory logistics and other areas. In addition, you plan, control and optimize the use of personnel as well as the logistical processes in the goods receipt and warehouse sectors. In addition, you are responsible for the organisation and further development of the storage processes, including stock quality, storage structure, storage capacities and the implementation of lean logistics principles. In addition, ensure inventory accuracy, perform inventory and monitor relevant logistical key figures to derive improvement measures. You are responsible for compliance with quality, safety, environmental and legal requirements, accompany the introduction of ERP and warehouse management systems and take over budget and reporting tasks.

You have a qualification as logistics master, specialist logistics or a completed degree in logistics, supply chain management, business management or comparable training. In addition, you bring extensive professional experience in a comparable leadership role in intralogistics, ideally in the production environment. You have proven SAP skills (especially SD, CS, PP, MM, WM, EWM) and secure handling of MS Office. In addition, you are characterized by a very good process understanding as well as an analytical and structured method.
