Your location In October 2020, the Stöckelstraße 41 in Leipzig-Schönefeld opened the "MOGLI" child and youth community. The housing groups are a stationary offer of child and youth assistance with continuous day and night care according to § 34 SGB VIII. It is aimed at children and young people as well as their parents or Guardians who are in crisis and conflict-affected situations. A spatial separation of the family members concerned is necessary for the solution process. In the three groups of dwellings (from 0 to 18 years of age), we take up sibling children together. Parents will be intensively involved in the daily living groups and receive further support. There are close cooperations with neighbouring Kitas and other family-supporting services of the Johannites. With our institution, we want to create a reliable, stable and trusting framework that supports the development of the personality and competence of the children and young people entrusted to us and their parents.
