Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and continuous further development of the quality management system in coordination with the quality management officer Leadership, motivation and development of a team of 3 employees Responsibility for customer quality and supplier management including the processing and handling of complaints Support in the planning and implementation of internal and external audits (IATF 16949, VDA6.3, ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001) and QM evaluations Implementation and evaluation of quality planning according to APQP

Complete technical training combined with a further education on the quality management officer, quality manager or internal auditor Ideally trained auditor (VDA, IATF) - if not, our client is happy to support and finance this qualification Multiannual professional experience in the quality of the automotive industry or in metal processing Safe application of common quality management methods such as 8D report, 5 Why, Ishikawa etc. Routined handling of Microsoft Office 365 and SAP R/3 English knowledge (at least B2) Structured and targeted working, high self-initiative and enforcement
