You define and tune the Service Portfolio of the Security Operations Center with the universities and translate it into Service Level Agreements with clear key figures and quality standards. You coordinate the development and optimization of the necessary processes and roles for SOC operation in accordance with the SOC service provider. You co-ordinate communication with universities and bodies, conduct meetings, moderate voting and ensure a transparent integration of all stakeholders. You tax external service providers, monitor compliance with agreed services and ensure the quality of the provided security services. You take the reporting to financiers and stakeholders as well as license and financial management to provide security services in a sustainable and efficient manner.

Complete university studies of (economic) informatics, IT security or a comparable qualification or professional experience in the coordination of IT security services Multiannual professional experience in the coordination, control or management of IT (Security) services, ideally in the context of an SOC, CERT or in the IT Security Incident Response as well as experience in the creation and control of Service Level Agreements Certifications in the field of IT service management or governance such as e.g. ITIL, IT-Grundschutz or ISO27001 or comparable are advantageous Basic technical information security and SOC processes Impressed communication and moderation capabilities and analytical thinking, hand-on mentality and the ability to maintain a cool head even in stress situations Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
