In the course of further business development, our client is looking for a process manager (m/w/d). In this position, Ö together with 3 sympathetic colleagues Ö take over the optimization of existing processes and the modeling of new processes. To do this, you will introduce your methodological, conceptual and technical know-how and thus improve the efficiency of the bank-internal business processes.

Optimization of existing and modelling of new processes in close coordination with the respective specialist departments Development of end-to-end process solutions for external and internal customers (further) digitization of processes and processes Planning and implementation of tests and approval procedures Participation in transnational projects Support of other colleagues in process-relevant questions They accompany, train and document the changed and new processes They understand themselves as a link between the different areas in the bank and promote the network within the house as a contact person for colleagues.
