You run a team of around 15 employees, take over resource planning and are responsible for the organization and monitoring of the services. You can organize the support of the financial SAP modules and processes with our customers. You develop ideas and concepts for the further development of financial SAP services. You create documentation and process descriptions for the area. You advise our customers in the context of projects. You support sales through targeted marketing activities and acquisition activities. You contribute to the optimization of the existing processes and the product portfolio and implement the defined measures for the successful development of the center in your team. You adapt the center strategy, guide the team with goals and figures, and represent the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative goals about key figures. You work with other teams and centers and contribute to the implementation of the corporate strategy and to the achievement of the corporate goals. You will have a look at the developments and trends in your area.

You have completed their studies, preferably in the field of business management or business informatics, commercial training or comparable training with several years of professional experience. You have well-founded expertise in financial SAP modules such as FI, CO, FI-AA, PSCD, SAC and have already gained consulting experience there. You ideally have first leadership experiences of a (project) team. You have a solution-oriented approach and joy in the design of new processes and their implementation. You are strong in decision-making and implementation, entrepreneurial, courageous and innovative, abstract and ready to change perspective. You are trusting, open, honest and motivating.
