Planning and maintenance of new buildings and maintenance projects Cost and time tracking of smaller construction works as well as receipt and transmission of defects in existing buildings Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Preparation of presentations for investment projects Participation in compliance with accident prevention rules Coordination of moving within the plant Creation of status reports for the factory management Creating demand requirements in SAP

Successfully completed technical studies in the field of civil engineering, mechanical engineering or architecture or a completed technical training with further training to the technician (m/w/d) Professional experience in the searched field Industry knowledge in machinery and Plant construction is advantageous Experiences in the fields of construction, renovation and reconstruction Knowledge of facility management desirable Confidence with provisions of accident prevention Good English knowledge of word and writing Structured and independent mode of operation as well as a pronounced communication and team capability Standing for occasional missions
