Your new task:

  • Disposition and deployment planning: You plan and coordinate the deployments of our IT technicians for maintenance and operational support at our customers. You keep dates, resources and dependencies in mind, similar to a shift or deployment planning. Your goal: the right technician with the right know-how at the right time in the right place.
  • Communication and interface management: You agree with our customers on dates, time windows, affected systems and important contact persons on site and provide all necessary information for all participants. You proactively inform our customers about planned measures, schedules and procedures. Through ongoing communication with our technicians during the deployments, you will ensure a smooth process.
