Deputy Event Manager (m/f/d)

Event Management (m/w/d) carefully plans, prepares and implements our events.In your role, you are responsible for all aspects relating to the planning of various events, as well as the selection of the event rooms, cost control, room equipment and other tasks. This means: You take all aspects of event planning in compliance with strict time and budget requirements You plan and support in logistical aspects, including contract negotiations, guest lists, room design, trasports, equipment, security and much more Maintaining relationships with suppliers, organizers and other industry contacts to plan and implement creative and logistical events You are always informed about the latest trends in event planning, design and organisation You stand up procedures and train your team accordingly Coordinating event-related requirements of employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, you act as a contact person for executives, authorities and industry representatives Researching resources, visiting venues and managing meetings with your team are also part of your tasks

A completed training in the hotel industry or in the event area as well as relevant professional experience Proven successes in event management or event coordination Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills Experience in business relationship management Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management and special detail Loadability in stress situations and fast decision-making
