Commercial property manager (m/f/d)

You take care of commercial real estate yourself and are the first contact person for tenants and owners Maintenance of the rental racks, master data as well as all object-relevant documents and contracts incl. Rental correspondence Cost- and budget-oriented object management Creation of monthly and quarterly reporting for tax advisors and contractors Examination and approval of invoices and other documents Correspondence with authorities, tax advisors, lawyers, etc. Independent implementation of receivable and time-limit management Own implementation of rental adjustments Preparing and compiling additional cost accounting and processing of objections Account clarification

You have a completed property-specific or commercial training. You ideally have several years of professional experience in real estate management. You have accounting skills and a very good understanding of numbers. You are customer-oriented and communication-strong. You are team-ready and reliable. You trade entrepreneurially and independently in your area of responsibility. You are safe in handling MS Office.
