Work planner (m/f/d)

As a pre-worker, you are a team member of our production management. In this position you will form the decisive interface between project management, construction, material management, purchasing and our production. You create and schedule production orders, work plans and material requirements in our ERP system MS Dynamics, which will be converted to D365 in the future. You assemble the production documents and create overview lists for production. The organization of the material disposition as well as master data maintenance in our ERP system are your tasks. You support the production management in the production and capacity planning as well as the control of the production processes and management of the production staff. You work to improve production processes and optimize production processes, methods and methods.

You have a technical training, ideally with training to the master / technician, have good business knowledge and have several years of professional experience in the work preparation and production control. We require a good technical understanding, the reading of technical drawings, basic knowledge of materials and standard parts for steel construction and locksmithery. You have experience in the material disposition of a metalworking company. You have basic knowledge in common welding processes (MAG) and in constructive solutions. You are safe in handling MS Office and ERP systems (preferably with MS Dynamics / D365). You work structured, organized, solution-oriented, independent and are flexible and resilient. You are a high-communication team player with a strong quality and cost awareness and have the ability to think and act in a cross-area.
