Key tasks: You control the new division 'Compliance' and lead, support, develop and promote the employees of the compliance function as well as other agents You take over the functions of 'Compliance Officer WpHG' and 'Compliance Officer MaRisk' and are contact persons for supervisory authorities, audit bodies and employees in all compliance questions In addition, you take on technical advice on regulatory issues and support the implementation of supervisory innovations and projects Development, maintenance and development of compliance policies and processes, implementation of risk analyses and controls, development of measures to resolve deficits You regularly report to the Management Board, the Board of Directors and the Internal Audit

Requirements profile: Abschlus of a Bachelor's degree with discipline Bank, Economy, Law or Similar This position is an absolute trust position. We expect a high degree of loyalty, reliability and special communication skills
