Design & Implementation Screendesign: You design landingpages, one-Pager, templates and entire web presences in Figma or Elementor. Prototyping: You develop interactive prototypes as well as Wireframes and bring user experiences to life. UI/UX: You design form sections, user interfaces and app interfaces with a clear view for user guidance and usability. Content: You create social media content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube as well as animations for all digital channels. Visual Conception Brand Development: You develop corporate designs, brand guidelines and style guides and create a consistent brand image. Campaigns: You design advertising and recruiting campaigns for companies, brands and products. From the first idea to the final implementation. Pitches: You actively participate in pitches and introduce your creative ideas into new customer projects.

Qualification & Experience Training: You have a degree in the field of graphics or design, a training as a media designer or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You bring well-founded industry-related professional experience and you know how to deal with the requirements of different customers. Language: You always find the right sound in German, whether tech start-up, middle class or family business, and understand English technical texts easily. Customer contact: You are routined in dealing with customers and know how to present ideas convincingly. Professional know-how tools: You are fit in Adobe, prototypst routined in Figma or Elementor and actively uses AI tools. You also feel at home in Canva and MS Office. Web confession: You understand the connections between UX Design, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. AI & technology openness: You will encounter new AI solutions and technologies with curiosity and actively integrate them into your daily workflow. Working & Personality Team spirit: You are happy to work in the team and exchange yourself closely with project management, online marketing, development, editorial staff and adjacent specialist departments. Solution orientation: You think in a targeted way and find the creative and successful way to the goal even in complex requirements.
