IT-Officer (m/f/d)

Leadership and coordination of the local IT team (3 people) to ensure efficient service delivery Providing an excellent, individual IT support for senior executives, with all requests being prioritised and processed with high professionalism Proactive monitoring and maintenance of IT systems to avoid disruption and to ensure a smooth and reliable IT experience for senior executive stakeholders Close cooperation and coordination of central IT service centers in India and the Czech Republic to ensure local service levels and central IT standards Management of the entire hardware cycle including planning, procurement and exchange Responsibility for the local purchase of IT equipment in accordance with the corporate guidelines Coordination of hardware rollouts as well as other local IT projects with pronounced hands-on mentality and strong project management skills Implementation of Group-wide IT policies and security standards and compliance with IT security requirements Implementation, monitoring and reporting of local IT performance based on defined KPIs Support in the introduction of new systems, upgrades and integrations Confidential cooperation with local leaders to analyze operational requirements and support digitalisation initiatives

Education: Completed studies of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications Professional experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in IT operation or IT support Competences: Knowledge of IT infrastructures, networks and IT security principles Confidence with ITIL processes and IT service management Ability to structured analysis of complex IT problems as well as sustainable development of practical solutions Knowledge of German and English Personality: High level of self-responsibility, structured working and communication strength Strong analytical and conceptual skills and process orientation Self-employed and structured procedures
