In your role, you take over the leadership as well as the construction and further development of an interdisciplinary AI team. As an expert (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d), you take care of the development and implementation of the Group-wide AI strategy as well as our positioning as an AI-Driven Company. You control the AI‐Use‐Case portfolio, prioritise initiatives, evaluate business cases and take responsibility for the results. On this basis, you translate business requirements into concrete solutions, guide the respective projects end‐to‐end and accompany them until the smooth implementation – together with internal and external teams. In addition, AI‐Potenziale identifies and present for C‐Level Management and coordinates all relevant stakeholders along the entire life cycle. Your agenda also includes the ongoing development of Responsible‐AI frameworks and the maintenance of key regulatory requirements – e.g. EU AI Act, GDPR or Model Risk Management. With far-sightedness and expertise, you build an ecosystem with strategic partnerships and active innovation screening around AI and promote responsible culture.

Successful study in a technical, economic-informatical or scientific field or comparable Long-term professional practice, ideally in the regulated banking environment or in a management consultancy, with relevant leadership experience of interdisciplinary teams Solid know-how in project management as well as strong delivery competence – beneficial: certification in project management Best familiar with Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG and AI Transformation with expertise in MLOps/ LLMOps, cloud architectures, data governance and IT security Introduces the introduction and scaling of new technologies, portfolio and budget management, as well as agile working methods and tools Posted in regulatory requirements regarding AI, specifically: EU AI Act, GDPR, MaRisk Embossed communication and stakeholder management capabilities, complemented by sovereign appearance, high reliability and strong team-oriented and cross-sector cooperation Very good German and English in word and writing
