Ensure order, cleanliness and traffic safety in and around the building (initial areas, corridors, outdoor facilities, parking spaces) small repairs and repairs (e.g. replacement of lighting equipment, door fittings, small repairs) Control of technical installations for obvious disturbances and disclosure to specialist companies or the technical facility management Regular tours in the object to control state, safety devices and general areas Support for moving, transporting furniture and easy assembly activities Reporting of damages, disturbances and special events to the relevant contact persons Support for events (release and dismantling, basic technical services, access organisation) Maintenance of outdoor facilities and green areas (grass mowing, hedge and shrub cut, weed removal) performing seasonal gardening (e.g. foliage, preparation of outdoor facilities for spring/autumn/winter) Professional handling of garden equipment and machines (Rasenmäher, Heckenschere, Vertikutierer etc.) Control of green areas for damages or danger areas and notification to the competent authorities Winter service
