Product Sales Manager (m/w/d)

ATLAS ELEKTRONIK is a company of thyssenkrupp AG and stands for maritime safety. We offer a wide range of services to our customers, including Sonars and Sensors, Guide Systems for submarines and overwater ships, mine defence systems, unmanned underwater vehicles and radio and communication systems.

Your activities include the management of the sales team for the product range of innovative and globally demanded autonomous underwater vehicles and complex system solutions based on them. You are responsible for identifying new customers and maintaining existing customers and industrial partners as well as building business relationships, including strategically expanding the business potential of the company. You are responsible for the design and pursuit of a successful capture strategy taking into account the competitive situation, local conditions (e.g. offset), customer budget and corporate strategy. Your tasks include the management of contract negotiations with customers and cooperation partners in cooperation with the internal specialist bodies. You plan sales and monitor sales costs for complete product groups. The representative of the company at trade fairs and comparable events complete your task area.

You have a successfully completed study of electrical engineering, communications technology, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. You'll bring well-founded knowledge and experience in the marine environment and in the processing of complex offers for marine projects as well as a corresponding network. You also provide business and commercial knowledge and an entrepreneurial way of thinking. You enjoy direct customer contact, also in an intercultural context. In addition to the ability to inspire others, you also bring engagement, initiative and motivation. In addition, you have interdisciplinary leadership experience of acquisition and sales teams. A safe occurrence, communication strength and persuasiveness as well as negotiation sends you well. International missions are self-evident. Negotiating German and English skills complete your profile.
