Company profile Our customer is an innovative engineering company based in Leinfelden and offers tailor-made solutions for demanding projects in various industries. To strengthen the financial team, our customer is looking for a dedicated and motivated debitor accountant (m/w/d), who takes responsibility for debitor accounting and actively contributes to the optimization of the financial process.

Tasks

Own-responsibility of debitor accounting, including the accounting of payment receipts and the management of open items Conducting regular reminders and communication with our customers to clarify open demands Support for the creation of monthly and annual accounts Close cooperation with sales and project managers to clarify payment differences and payment arrangements Care and control of debitor master data

Requirements profile

Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in financial accounting or a comparable qualification

• Multiannual experience in debitor accounting, preferably in an engineering or service company -Very good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
• Self-organized, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
