We are looking for a data-driven and analytically strong “Marketing Campaigns Manager (m/w/d)” that sets up, optimizes and scales independently campaigns along our entire Growth Funnel. We give our guests exceptional travel experiences and achieve continuing high company growth. For our further growth we are looking for: Marketing Campaigns Manager / Projektmanager B2C (m/w/d)

You play a key role in the growth of our direct customer base. You take over the planning, implementation and optimization of target group-specific campaigns via the most powerful channels (e.g. print, email, affiliates, etc.). You are generating leads and opportunities through pay-driven testing and optimising different channels and campaigns. You control the scaling of successful campaigns and continuously optimize cost-per-lead and opportunity. You analyze your campaigns using clearly defined KPIs and meet data-based decisions about their continuation or adaptation. Together with your managing director, you are continuously developing our data-driven strategy and identifying the most important growth lever. Close cooperation with other growth departments, such as the sales team, to discuss upcoming campaigns or the tech team to implement your technical requirements and external service providers.
