In the course of a further development of the organizational structure, we are looking for a team leader Purchasing (m/w/d), who strategically manages the central Purchasing and develops together with his team.

Technical and disciplinary management of the central purchasing team (3 persons) Strategic orientation and operational management of the purchase with focus on construction and infrastructure projects Legally secure planning and implementation of tenders in the municipal environment Managing contract and price negotiations as well as ensuring economic and timely procurement processes Expansion of supplier management and further development of transparent control and controlling instruments Analysis of existing processes and implementation of efficient, cross-sector procurement processes

Completed study or comparable qualification with economic or technical focus Multiannual professional experience in purchasing or materials management, first leadership experience of advantage High understanding of economic, technical and process relationships Negotiation security, communication strength and a convincing occurrence Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Navision) desirable Structured, solution-oriented operation and modern, motivating leadership style
