Support and further development of a dealer network in the Baden-Württemberg and Switzerland Building new sales partners to ensure optimal market and customer coverage Care and development of long-term business relations with traders and their end customers Planning and implementation of sales-promoting measures together with partners to achieve sales targets Leading training and active participation in information events and trade fairs to strengthen market presence Support in the introduction of new products and services and their successful market launch Continuous market and competition analysis as well as regular reporting on revenue development and market trends

Complete vocational training as a machining mechanic First experience in technical sales, application or service technology - ideally in machining Knowledge of metal cutting and manufacturing processes Proactive personality with a pronounced self-initiative and structured working Safe handling of MS Office as well as experience with CRM systems and digital tools such as MS Teams Very good English knowledge in word and writing for communication in an international environment High readiness
