You run an international service team and stay close to highly complex packaging technology. In this key role, you are actively driving service quality and plant availability of our Schubert machines worldwide. Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of service technicians: in the international service field for TLM packaging machines

Ensure high plant availability and service quality in our highly automated packaging systems (top-loading machines)

Support for complex mechanical and pneumatic disturbances on Schubert systems and independent analysis of fault images

further development of service processes by evaluating operations, KPIs and deriving sustainable optimization measures

Plan and implement training as well as targeted coaching of your team in handling our packaging technology

tuning with internal interfaces such as construction, spare parts, deployment planning, hotline and sales as well as clarification of technical topics directly from the customer

Complete training in the field of mechanics, mechatronics or comparable, ideally with further training to master or technician

Multiannual experience in external service, preferably in special machine construction, packaging machine construction or in automation technology

Very good knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics, ideally supplemented by hydraulic knowledge

First leadership experience or a clear desire to develop a team in technical service

Embossed customer and service orientation as well as communication strength and organizational talent

High readiness in the international environment as well as safe knowledge of German and English and routined handling of IT systems
