Braun Melsungen AG, we are looking for a change control manager (w/m/d) at the Melsungen site at the Research & Development (R&D) department of the Center of Excellence (CoE) Infusion & Pain Therapy (IPT) division Hospital Care (HC).

Within the Transfer & Change team, we plan and coordinate all global product and process changes of the CoE Infusion & Pain Therapy. The changes are accompanied in the global change control system from the application to the closed registration in the markets. As a change control manager, they support the entire change process and thus contribute to ensuring continuous market supply and achieving further strategic goals. They work daily with our development and production sites worldwide and meet diverse challenges.

Supporting interdisciplinary teams in the planning, implementation and follow-up of change projects (Change Control) Management of interfaces Organisation and implementation of international training on the change control process Continuous improvement of the existing change control process to achieve the strategic goals Continuous improvement of the monitoring and reporting system of all ongoing change projects

You have a state-recognized technician and several years of professional experience in the field mentioned above, alternatively you have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in engineering and ideally have professional experience in the field of change control You have knowledge of regulatory requirements in the context of the production and development of non-active medical devices They show knowledge of German and English in word and writing MS Office applications routinely use in daily business Personal competencies They have an independent, structured and result-oriented approach You can present complex topics in a comprehensible and precise manner You are characterized by your excellent team skills and communication strength You have a strong personal persuasion and a high level of competence in problem solving You have stamina and resilience for continuous process improvement in the global environment
