Execution of controls including any corrections to the booking data of production orders for reporting/monthly completion for all materials to be processed at Amcor (in coordination with the controlling) Monitoring/correcting of production companies (in coordination with production) Analysis and correction of errors in the SAP Contact person (m/w/d) for IT/Production/Supply Chain/Controlling for all booking topics Processing of SAP tickets according to SOX guidelines and within the framework of conflict lists Key User for the Software Hydra and Creating Persons and Granting of Permissions

Working in projects focusing on improving internal processes / processes Interface to central IT and production (analysis and elimination of user problems as well as system and program errors, e.g. by consulting users via telephone hotline, introduction of software adaptations, internal/external IT functions in case of non-self-imposing problems) Special tasks / projects

Completed commercial or technical training (preferably in the field of IT) or a comparable conclusion Including professional experience in data management of production Experiences in the application of Microsoft Forms, Power APP and Power BI are beneficial We require a secure handling of PC standard software and SAP experience (even though experience with the software Hydra/MI) Affinity for data analysis and preparation Use & Knowledge of AI applications are beneficial German and English language fluent in word and writing They are teamable, resilient and solution-oriented They are able to act both forward-looking and to react flexibly to short-term requirements Own initiative is just as necessary as independent work and enforcement Their personality is characterized by above-average commitment and strong communication skills
