Internal Sales - Technology / Administration (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person for our customers: you support the branch management and the service team in all commercial and organizational processes. You take over the independent planning of dates and tours for the service technicians:inside and take care of the master data management and the warehouse management. You are responsible for the complete handling of our rental business – from the creation of the offers via the machine transfer to the security statement. You advise stock and new customers: both by phone to our products and their application options and support the acquisition. You act as an interface to the headquarters to clarify technical queries and let the information obtained flow directly into the creation of the offer.

You have a completed commercial or technical training You bring at least 3 years of experience in administration and sales support in a technical environment You are handcrafted, interested in technology and have good IT skills You are strong in communication and an absolute organizational talent You have fluent German skills
