Design Analyst FEA Simulation (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of linear and nonlinear structural analyses including analytical evidence You evaluate the results and create investigation reports You are responsible for the creation, validation and evaluation of FE models You present and discuss the results with the responsible departments You support the design and optimization of different products

You can present a completed degree in mechanical engineering, computational engineering with a focus on strength and proof calculation or similar knowledge acquired in practice You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the design and development environment, ideally in special machine construction, CAD/FEM experience, ideally with SolidWorks or SolidWorks Simulation You bring in-depth knowledge of linear and nonlinear static structural analysis and have a safe handling in the idealization of load states, contact definitions and material models Ideally, you will have experience with the guidelines “Rechnerischer Strength-Detection for Mechanical Engineering Parts” and “Directive Nonlinear after FKM” You have several years of experience in the field of static calculations of complex assemblies You are able to create independent calculation reports and detection documentation, critically evaluate results and derive constructive optimization proposals You convince by team skills and a self-sponsored and independent way of working You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
