Do you want to help shape strategically relevant projects and programs that will change our customers sustainably? In this role you take responsibility for managing complex IT and technology projects – from the first idea to the successful conclusion. You control interdisciplinary teams, develop governance structures and introduce your experience in collaboration with top management. You can safely move into classic, agile and hybrid project environments. Your tasks – this is what awaits you with us The management of strategic IT and transformation projects as well as extensive programs is your responsibility – from initiation to implementation to successful completion You control complex multi-project and program setups in dynamic, international environments The development and implementation of project strategies, governance structures and PMO standards are part of your task as well as its continuous development You are responsible for budget planning, resource management and risk and stakeholder management – and ensure transparent reporting at all levels In close coordination with management and C-level stakeholders, you actively shape decision-making processes You conduct interdisciplinary teams, control external service providers and nearshore and offshore units and ensure efficient, contract-compliant project execution Depending on the project context, you use classic, agile or hybrid project management methods In addition, you will contribute to the further development of our project management standards and best practices

You have a degree in economics, economics or (economic) informatics In addition, you will bring at least 10–15 years of experience in managing large, complex IT and transformation projects – ideally across the industry Your certification as PMI PMP or a comparable qualification strengthens your expertise You have profound knowledge in project portfolio management, PMO structures and in the development of governance models Classic, agile and hybrid project management methods can be used safely – and you know when the method is used You convince with pronounced communication and presentation skills – also on senior and C levels The management of service providers and international teams (including near/offshore) is familiar to you You work structured, think analytic and keep an overview even in complex situations A high degree of resilience, solution orientation and diplomatic skills are yours Your very good German and English skills complete your profile – further language skills are a plus
