Tasks

You accompany your little shooters in growing and discovering age-appropriately. In doing so, you can rely on our setup concept as well as on the legal order and implement the resulting tasks in our movement-friendly everyday life. In addition to the educational promotion and care of children, you advise parents at eye level and inform them and other cooperation partners on all relevant topics in a timely and transparent manner. With your setup management and your Kita team, you draw on a line to sustain educational processes, question existing structures and contribute to the further development of our services. In service consultations and supervisions, you can take on tasks within the framework of order and cleanliness, of course, and do not scare back from administrative tasks.

What we expect You have your training as an educator or Teacher successfully completed and ideally for several years of professional experience. In addition to a lot of warmth and empathy, you bring a lot of educational expertise and initiative. You're flexible, a real team player and jump in when Not is at the man (or the woman). You like to actively shape everyday work and reflect your behavior to grow as a human being. You like to take responsibility and are both reliable and creative.

The place is limited until the beginning of 2028, but can be continued indefinitely with appropriate suitability and operational necessity.
