Responsibility for the strategic development of the MyLiebherr Customer Portal with a focus on central core functions, in particular the digital imaging of customers, organisations, users and data, as well as the design of new core modules in line with the higher-level portal and platform strategy Conception of core functions and services in the form of user stories as well as preparation of technical and technical requirements Design and further development of Service Blueprints in coordination with companies, partners and other stakeholders taking into account the defined portal and platform strategy Ensuring a consistent and seamless connection of the Customer Portal to existing system and process landscapes as well as to central enterprise systems (e.g. CRM systems, Master‐Data hubs) Contribution to the development of stable, reusable and sustainable platform capabilities Definition and use of KPI-based analyses to evaluate the use, quality and added value of the core functions and derive targeted impulses for prioritization and further development Responsibility for the roadmap planning and prioritization in the core area of the Customer Portal MyLiebherr orchestration of internal coordination and monitoring of implementation in close cooperation with IT, Business Ownership and divisional working groups and other relevant stakeholders Support for continuous market and competition monitoring in the context of customer portals

Successfully completed Higher Education or Higher Education in the field of Economic Engineering, Business Informatics or Comparative Qualification Multiannual experience in the portal, product or project management of digital solutions Understanding cooperation and coordination with central IT systems, in particular CRM systems and master data solutions Impressed entrepreneurial thinking, high customer orientation and a strategic and conceptual way of working complemented by problem-solving and enthusiasm Safe appearance and the ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams without disciplinary leadership Experience with agile working methods and common tools such as JIRA and Confluence Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Standing for occasional missions
