Development and implementation of functional safety concepts according to IEC61508 / IEC61511 Support in customer-oriented implementation of SIL-analysis (LOPA, HAZOP) with focus on PLT-protection devices (SIS) Assessment of safety functions on control system and field level (SPS, Safety‐PLC, field devices) Review of R&I-Schemata, PLT lists and functional plans Creation of security documents and documentation across the entire safety cycle Advising our customers on safety skills, standards and modern safety lifecycle management Support for the modernisation, migration and qualification of SIS/ESD systems (e.g. HIMA, Honeywell, Siemens, Emerson, Yokogawa, ABB)
Complete study of automation/electrotechnics, process engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience in functional safety technology in the process industry (chemistry, pharmaceuticals, energy etc.) Experience with common standards (IEC61511, IEC61508) and ideally TÜV certification as Functional Safety Engineer Analytical, Structured Operation and Joy in Interdisciplinary Engineering Projects Communication strength and consulting skills in the technical environment Embossed customer orientation, communication strength and presentation security Structured, independent and analytical procedures
