In this 12-month fixed position, you manage your area independently and forward it through your sales talent in our strategic food service-sortiment pizza, baking and dessert. You win new customers through targeted tastings and convince by your ability to build and maintain sustainable networks. In addition, you successfully implement listings and placements, ensure the availability of goods and coordinate regional marketing measures in close coordination with the team. In your area you will visit all regional users from gastronomy, hotel industry, catering, care and education as well as the entire wholesale landscape including the C&C markets. In addition, you will conduct regional annual talks in coordination with your sales manager and regularly accompany trade fairs and events in your region. Together with your sales manager, you develop a well-founded annual planning for your customers - including sales targets and cost forecasts. Tour planning, maintenance of master data and the safe and convincing presentation of our products are also part of your daily business.

You have a completed training in the catering sector or in the commercial sector as well as several years of professional experience as an account manager in the food service market including the associated contacts. In addition, you have experience in the implementation of regional annual talks and are well aware of how to deal with C&C markets. You are driving new concepts with commitment, especially through targeted acquisitions and creative tastings. You think and trade entrepreneurially, react flexibly to changes and enjoy taking responsibility. Very good business knowledge, a strong sales talent and a secure sense of numbers and statistics are what distinguishes you. A negotiation-proof appearance, targeted work after, for example, SMART criteria as well as very good MS Office skills round off your profile. Ideally, you live in the sales area and bring a high travel readiness including overnight tours.
