Interface management between new building/construction and ongoing operation Approval of operation transfer Control and coordination of the transfer process from construction to facility management including complete project documentation Monitoring of warranty periods Organisation of administrative and expert consultations Preparation of test and acceptance protocols Ensuring the timely implementation of structural maintenance and safety tests with a focus on quality, energy efficiency and EHS standards Development and maintenance of work instructions, maintenance plans and risk assessments Implementation of employee training

Complete technical studies in the field of civil engineering or comparable qualification Approximately 6 years of experience in technical operations, engineering and project execution in the regulated environment Ideally experience in biotechnology or aseptic production Basic knowledge of GMP requirements Safe handling of technical documentation Good problem solving skills Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams Very good knowledge of German and English
