Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You are part of our management team and report directly to Business Banking. With your experience and willingness to perform, the nationwide expansion of the freelance/self-employed business area is in your responsibility. In addition, you will develop the regional market management Berlin-Brandenburg in the form of a focused corporate customer approach, in particular in corporate customer support.

Development and control of a sustainable company customer portfolio for the achievement of the corporate goals, i.e. nationwide construction of the business area Freelance and Self-employed as well as focused market management in the field of corporate customers in the Berlin-Brandenburg region First contact person in all questions of bank business with corporate customers Regional team development to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction Promoting the internal exchange of knowledge within one's own area as well as overarching with the other distribution and distribution support units Compliance with statutory and internal guidelines in corporate customer credit business Active participation in the development of new products and services in the field of the nationwide offer for freelancers and self-employed persons Potential-oriented raising of growth opportunities in your customer portfolio and your responsible business area

Completed banking training (e.g. as a bank clerk / bank clerk) and economics/business studies or comparable additional qualification First leadership experience (e.g. as Head of Corporate Customers (m/w/d), Head of Division (m/w/d), Team Leader (m/w/d) or comparable) and/or proven ability to successfully manage and motivate teams Safe in communication and negotiation ability to interact with internal and external customers Multiannual experience in corporate customer support and knowledge of the relevant legal regulations and regulations in corporate customer credit business High customer orientation and readiness readiness to continuously develop and adapt to changing framework and market conditions.
