As Senior Manager Finance Business Partnering & Performance Steering (m/w/d) you are an integral part of our Finance Organisation with a clear focus on the support of functional areas and their economic management Your focus is on operational support, financial transparency and active management in business You combine sound financial expertise with a deep understanding of the requirements of your supervised areas and help them achieve their goals efficiently. Take a clear bottom-up perspective and get actively involved in planning, forecasting and cost management You act as a savings partner for specialist areas and management and support sound financial and strategic decisions. In doing so, you create transparency in operational themes and actively contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the areas You are responsible for (part) planning, forecasts and deviation analyses for function areas. You translate complex data into clear insights and concrete action recommendations. In addition, you continuously develop existing planning and forecasting approaches In close coordination with the FP&A team, you work on a consistent overall assessment of costs and performance. In doing so, you accompany the consolidation of the bottom-up information on an overarching control image and take responsibility for analytical issues in the budget and forecasting process within the framework of the specialist/business areas You will set up address-oriented reports and analyses to monitor performance and cost drivers and to derive recommendations for action. Here you come to business developments and structure complex data layers You work on the further development of control models, cost structures and KPI systems. In doing so, you identify optimization potentials and accompany their implementation in cross-departmental finance projects. You create relevant KPIs and cost structures together with the disciplines, make improvement potential visible and secure their implementation in the operational business Your professional appearance allows you to communicate effectively with the top management and to communicate complex facts intelligibly. You have completed a degree in the field of economics, ideally with the focus on finance or controlling and you have already gained several years of experience in controlling, finance or business partnering Embossed analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to clearly and addressably portray complex relationships A hand-on mentality combined with strategic view are of course for you Experience with popular finance tools (e.g. SAP, Excel, planning tools) you could already collect in practice Your sovereign appearance allows you to act at C level and to understand complex facts You like to work in the team and you can well get involved in different areas of expertise and enjoy working on new topics and taking responsibility
