Administrative activities in outpatient and stationary patient care including settlement Management and maintenance of electronic patient records Takeover of general organisational tasks Support in patient care Organization and coordination of speaking hours Organization and coordination of OP planning Execution of blood withdrawals and diagnostic allergy studies

Completed training as medical/technical staff or a comparable qualification, e.g. health and nursing staff with corresponding professional experience in the above mentioned activities Safe and friendly appearance, especially when dealing with our patients Accounting knowledge (EBM, GOÄ etc.) Joy of independent work and a strong sense of responsibility Flexibility and organisational skills Team skills and cooperation Joy in dealing with children
