In the context of Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS) and the Mercedes Excellence System (MxS), we support organizational units to successfully establish new forms of cooperation, end-to-end value streams, lean and agile principles as well as modern development processes. In the MxS (Mercedes Excellence System) and Development Processes team, you work directly on strategically relevant transformation initiatives and combine scientific methods with a real application field in a global group. Possible focal points of your master thesis include: Monitoring and analysis of transformation and change initiatives in the MB.OS (Mercedes-Benz Operating System) environment Investigation of success factors for the introduction of new working methods and processes Development and evaluation of organisational development and employee skills measures Analysis of relationships between transformation, cooperation and performance Conception and scientific evaluation of digital or AI (artificial intelligence) -based support approaches Implementation of qualitative and/or quantitative research projects with direct business reference deriving practical recommendations for action for managers and transformation managers The specific design of the topic is done together with the team and can be adapted to your professional interests. The activity can begin from January 2027.
