Together with the team, you are responsible for the digital and structural processes as well as instruments that control our planning and construction projects on the TXL booth. For our building, transport and outdoor projects, you develop and optimize workflows that efficiently, transparently and forward-looking design processes on the building site. The support and further development of our central project platforms – for example the Common Data Environment (CDE) or AVA systems – is in your hands. You will ensure that these are optimally adapted to the requirements of our projects. Technical guidelines and guidelines are kept in mind and ensure that current requirements, such as budget documents or award procedures, are taken into account in our processes. As a competent contact person, you support your colleagues in creating household documents. You pay attention to content and formal quality and recognize at an early stage when documents have to be supplemented or sharpened. With a structured project documentation you create transparency and make sure that important information is available at any time in a comprehensible and reliable manner. In addition, you develop and provide practical tools, templates and standards that support our project teams in everyday work and enable efficient, uniform project execution.

You have a university degree in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering construction, environmental engineering, environmental sciences, construction project management or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year professional experience in the construction project environment – for example as a process manager, project manager or in a comparable role – and you know the requirements of complex construction projects from practice. Analyzing processes, visualizing them in a comprehensible way and integrating them into the everyday project in a sustainable manner makes you happy. You always keep the goal of making processes more efficient and transparent. In handling CDE software, you are safe and ideally have experience as a power user or system manager. You use digital project platforms routined and targeted. Quality is self-evident: You have experience in the testing and quality assurance of project documents and pay attention to completeness, traceability and high standards. Ideally, you know the guidelines and requirements of the Land of Berlin as well as the special features in the implementation of public construction projects. You are characterized by a structured and predictive way of working, analytical thinking and a high degree of self-initiative.
