• Successfully completed training or studies in the field of BWL, Human Resource Management or the like or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience desirable, also supported by internships or student work
• Ideally experience in human resources, especially in the area of payroll accounting
• Good Excel knowledge
• Basic knowledge in collective bargaining
• Communication joy
• Structured and careful operation
• Very good German knowledge
• Good knowledge of English

Your tasks

• care of employees in all personal economic matters (e.g. changes in contract, preparation of monthly pay billing and certification)
• Acquisition of HR Reporting (providing annual reports to external service providers)
• Creation of monthly finance reporting, as well as monthly reporting of HR key figures to the leadership team and the works council)
• Takeover of the key user function of our HR Software Sage (plant of new employees, support of the time economy...)
• Collective monitoring and implementation of special tariff payments
