Social pedagogue:in / Qualification trainer:in (m/w/d)

in parttime, 19.5 hours/week

with passion, model character and empathy

Your tasks:

• They support and support people with disabilities in their individual occupational qualification on the way to an insurance-based employment.
• The exchange and extension of key qualifications and cross-disciplinary learning content is also one of your tasks.
• They are available to the participating person and the operation as a contact person.
• Also the documentation of your work and the exchange with the client, the agency for work, are your activities.

You bring with:

• They have a degree in social education/work, social work or psychology. Alternatively, you will have a degree as a qualification manager:in, Ergotherapeut:in or other comparable qualifications (pedagogics, curative care, specialist for work and professional promotion, etc. with relevant professional experience).
• They also have knowledge of the regional labour market and experience in the integration work of people with disabilities with the aim of the first labour market.
