EVI SOLARMEILE Hildesheim, a subsidiary of EVI Energieung Hildesheim, is one of the largest green technology companies in southern Lower Saxony with more than 50 employees. The company plans, builds and operates photovoltaic systems, charging infrastructure, storage systems and heat pumps for single and two-family houses and develops increasingly integrated energy solutions for multi-family homes. We are looking for an extension of the existing management:in EVI Solar Mile OUR VISION: WITH UNS GUT LEBEN - First contact for private and business customers with regard to Photovoltaic/heat pump systems in the city/Landkreis Hildesheim and in the southern Lower Saxony

REQUIREMENTS awareness of the interests and representation of the EVI Solar Mile in the shareholders' meeting as well as coordination and contact management with shareholder representatives, cooperation and business partners Development of strategic options for action as well as active participation in the further development of photovoltaic and heat pump solutions as well as integrated energy solutions Leadership and further development of a powerful team at the modern headquarters in Gronau (Leine) Ensuring compliance with all legal, technical and internal standards Technical advice, monitoring and controlling lfd. Projects and superior quality management Joint responsibility with the existing management regarding the establishment of the economic plan and control of the operating results by means of a regular deviation analysis Joint responsibility for the use of digital tools for project management and organization Project work within the group Stadtwerke Hildesheim PROFIL Completed, technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering, utility technology, energy engineering, mechanical engineering) or comparable qualification (e.g. master/technician with additional qualification) Ideally energy-economic experience in the photovoltaic and/or heat pump market Multiannual leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams Impressed communication strength combined with enthusiasm and persuasive power to attract customers, partners and employees for our vision High technology enthusiasm and joy in dealing with technological developments Strong interest in the construction and continuous development of processes and structures MINIMUM A pronounced hand-on or Start-up mentality with the willingness to take responsibility Energy-charged, curious and ready to grow in the green-tech sector Proactive approach to challenges with pronounced, positive error culture Did we awaken your interest?
