Processing of demanding and complex asphalt road construction measures Recognizing and Tracking Subsequents Organisation of construction planning and monitoring and control of results Coordination and management of personnel and subcontractors Subsequent scaling and acquisition of own projects, offering processing as well as advice from customers regarding advantageous technical solutions Organizing and guiding construction meetings, carrying out contract negotiations and conflict resolution Personnel and equipment deployment planning and management of technical trainees and younger construction managers

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual professional practice in civil and asphalt road construction Knowledge and experience in building law and VOB as well as in contracting, costing and post-contracting First experience in the negotiations with entrepreneurs and management of employees Entrepreneurial thinking and commitment and reliability Team spirit, enforcement ability and an independent, careful working style Good user knowledge of MS Office and iTWO
