HR Specialist Time Management & Digitization (m/f/d)

The Octapharma production company Deutschland mbH (OPGD) in Springe near Hannover is one of five state-of-the-art production sites. There we produce with our around 850 employees: a finished product and intermediate products for further processing.

In your role as HR specialist (m/w/d), you are responsible for the time management and digitization at the Springe site. This position is searched in full time with 38.5 hours per week and initially fixed for 24 months.

Self-responsible support and further development of the time management systems Care, control and evaluation of working time data and absences Contact persons for managers and employees for questions about working hours, shift models and time recording Support in the creation of reports, evaluations and key figures as well as system tests, updates and interface management Ensuring compliance with legal, collective and operational regulations Support for entry, transfer and exit of employees Identification, analysis and optimization of HR processes as well as introduction and further development of digital HR solutions and self-service processes Promoting digitalization in HR and active participation in modern workflows Cooperation with HR IT projects and support in implementing new systems and tools

Successfully completed commercial training with further training in staffing, or comparable studies Professional experience in HR, in particular in the time economy and staff administration Good knowledge of labour law and the creation and management of employment contracts Embossed IT affinity and interest in digital solutions Experience with HR software, time management systems and MS Office (in Excel) Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High service orientation, communication strength and discretion Own initiative and joy in actively shaping changes Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Your department where you do something The HR team takes care of the management and development of employees of our site.
