Service-oriented customer consulting and active sales leadership, operational planning and motivation of the branch team Organisation of stock, orders and receipt of goods Appealing presentation of bakery and snacks Preparation of breakfasts, snacks, coffee specialities and baked goods Cash management including daily billing Compliance with quality and hygiene standards

Experience in personnel management (for branch management or deputy position) Remarkable: knowledge in the bakery or gastronomy industry Business understanding and independent work Good organizational skills and team orientation Basic knowledge of PC Driving licence Class B (PKW)
