Ensure compliance and IKS requirements and support internal and external audits with appropriate data delivery and documentation. They are responsible for the implementation and operation of a Dashboard Procurement over decentralized procurement units as well as monthly reporting per product group based on KPI. Improving the data quality and integration of purchasing processes via various systems (SAP-MM, Ivalua, decentralized procurement units) is critical for the future use of AI and thus with high priority. In the transition phase, you are contact persons for the care of singular, non-integrated tool solutions in an organically grown system environment (catalogs, contract management, credit card billing, etc.). They are responsible for the process-side planning and implementation of carve-out projects in the purchasing sector, including the development and implementation of transition strategies for separated units with a high proportion of change management. With your expert knowledge, you contribute to the selection of SW solutions to include State of the Art processes and tools in the purchasing portfolio. They run the rollout of new procurement systems, including testing, user training and change management.

They have a successfully completed study or comparable training in the area of purchasing or business. In addition, you will bring several years of experience in purchasing or purchasing processes, ideally focusing on digitalization and procesion control. Communication skills and conceptual and analytical skills are essential. Technical affinity for the optimization of digital processes is one of your strengths. Enforcement and a safe occurrence characterizes you. You also have knowledge and experience in managing purchasing processes and in contract management.
